Could you give us your full mmodel number? There have been many Nitro 5s... Any chance you could record the sound and post a link? That might help in figuring out what's causing it.

AN515-51 maybe? There are two fans under that area, plus the HDD nearby if yours has a HDD. Any of those can cause noise, and I'd expect some noise from the fans all the time. The HDD usually only make noise when you are accessing it. I only see a picture file in your post, no sound recordings. Try again for a sound file so I can try and determine if it's something to worry about or just the normal laptop noises.

Yes, and the fans is pretty lound and  the laptop is very varm on this side the left. It started  to overheat much then the noise come. I recorded the sound as a video for you. How can I put it here so you can hear?

OK, definitely not a HDD noise. It sounds like fan to me. You can try sucking air through with a vacuum to try and clean dust from the blades. If that doesn't help much try blowing air instead. Between the two you can usually get enough dust out to alleviate the issue. Dust will build up unevenly on the blades, which puts the fan slightly out of balance and that leads to the noise. The warmth is likely normal, that's where the heat sinks put the heat transfered from the CPU and graphics.

Ok but the fan is on the  right side  and when I was trying to figure out when the sound I coming from  it’s was on left side louder you know the picture I send you? There was sounder louder. I was trying to take off the back of the laptop to see if there is too much dust but the screws are so stripped. Is there any other way to fix this?

There are actually two fans in there, one on each side.

To best clean them, yes. But you can get them pretty good by sucking/blowing on the ventilation slots from the outside.
