      I usually use crystaldiskinfo to check the health of the ssd and hdd.

      I would need a live UDB to use to test the SSD> Any recommendattions in that regard> I dont have an adapter to connect it to another computer externally. I went ahead and ordered a new M2 drive which should be here in a few days. I would like to see if there is a good live utility I can use so I can still test this one, but I am assuming a new one should fix the issue.

      I have no application that tests live ssd. Can you try to install windows hdd and then check if there is any firmware available for the ssd?

      I have not received a new SSD yet but I switched the drive active so that the SATA drive is active and the BIOS is Legacy, reformatted the SATA drive and am trying to install Windows 10 from USB again, and it stops at 66% each time. It even gave me a bluescreen with WHEA_Uncorrectable_error after hanging at 66% for a long time. I have run full tests on memory, CPU and the SATA drive using UBCD system tests. Any other ideas that I can try to diagnose and repair this problem?

      I have SATA port 0 (the SSD) disabled in the BIOS. Does it need to be physically removed?

      I would remove it, to see if the ssd is causing the problem.

      OK thanks I physically removed the SSD and tried again, it is stuck at 50%. I have also tried multiple flash drives, the current one I am using is a 32GB so I know it isnt space on the installation media that is causing the issue. What else could I try?

      Now, do the reverse. Disconnect the hdd, and try installing windows on the SSD.

      It looks like I am stuck at the same spot. I even got the new SSD in and tried it. When it gets to Getting Devices Ready it hangs somewhere in that stage, usually 50% or more. I have tried both UEFI and Legacy boot, the SATA drive is physically removed, tried reseating RAM, not sure what else to try.

      What is the version of the bios? Did you disable secureboot?

      BIOS is v1.10 and Secureboot is enabled, doesnt look like I can change that.

      Create a password in setsupervisorpassword and after disable secureboot.

      It looks like I am in business, I removed the Wireless chip from the motherboard after reading another forum and setup completed and i am updating Windows now. Thanks for all your help though, it was key to getting through some tough spots.
