After a little research I found this Acer Aspire E15 and seen people talk about how good the specs and battery life are which is exactly what a college student like me wants.

However after a little research I found a lot of people online and reviews of Acer brand laptops saying the cons such as , bad/cheap build, hinge problems, worst laptop brand, breaks down after a few months, and bad customer service.

Anyone ever owned a Acer or this one in particular that have experienced these problems? I do not want to get a laptop and have it break a few months later and then for customer services to not even help me.

You can try the Helios 300. One of the best budget high spec laptops. But it’s a bit on the bulkier side.

I've seen Acer Aspire E15 called an ideal laptop for most college students last year. Overall Acer has a lot of budget options and as for me the quality is better than those Lenovo laptops of the same price.
