First of all is your laptop the Aspire 5 515 or the Nitro 515?  As just giving us "515" is pretty basic and uninformative! But and in listening to your recordings, I cant hear anything unusual, if it was your spinner HDD (which the above models didn't come with as they came with an M.2 SSD) then it would be an intermittent knocking and whining sound of the HDD head being stuck either mid way on the platter or at its base, if its your fan(s) then it would be either a really loud knocking sound, which signifies that the fans are either distorted due to heat and the fan blades are touching their casings, if its the whining or whistling sounds in your fans, that signifies that the fan motor(s) are on the way out and faulty. To me and by listening to your recordings, there is nothing wrong with whatever 515 laptop that you have, it sounds very normal to me!!

The exact model is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51
lets assume the sound is a kind of normal function but what about the lag or pause that happens within the sound ? its less than a second but still annoying !

the lag does not happen every time this sound comes up actually , just in few cases .
