Enabling RAID0 on a Predator Triton 500

First time here, I appreciate your help (and patience).

So, I recently acquired the above model - Predator Triton 500 - with 256Gb SSD and 16Gb. Right away, I performed the upgrade to 32 Gb RAM and 2x 500Gb WD Black SSD. Then I made a fresh install of Windows. The reason why I installed two identical SSDs was to put them on RAID0. I was even considering 2x 1Tb, but for my needs it seemed overkill, considering the price of the setup.

I know the RAID0 setup is controversial these days, mainly considering the performance of NVME drives and the risk of losing data. Since this setup is mainly for games (my serious work I do in a Mac), I am not concerned about losing data, moreover that I have the habit of backing up everything in a Synology set.

I am a complete amateur in terms of tech - I am an enthusiast. So, how do I setup the RAID0, even if I need to fresh install Windows all over again? Bios is InsydeH20, v.5.0. The only options offered for SATA configuration are AHCI, RST and RST Premium with Optane. I understand the RST options are Intel's nomenclature of RAID, but when Windows is being setup, it only allows me to choose one of the SSDs, and not both at the same time - which would be a RAID0 setup.

Finally, I already watched the guide in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4m2bNOp9BQ; in such video, he has the RAID0 option in Bios, which I don't have.

Thank you very much in advance, and sorry in advance if the questions are stupid. I am no expert.
