hello, 
i have a i5-6400 socket 1151LGA and bios system R01-A1 and southbridge B150 
been looking around but cant find a answer to what cpu upgrade i can do that will work with my motherboard.

    Supports the following Intel Kabylake-S processors:
     – Intel Core i7 7700K 4.2G 8M 2400 Quad Core 95W

    Yes, the sixth gen processors that brummyfan2 suggest will work, the seventh gen processors require a different motherboard.
