morning
i have acer care on my laptop and a backup option  for 2 items, but i dont think thats a recovery option, just a file recovery, and wifi and lan drivers, 

 my backup size once backed up is 6mb.

how do i make a recovery copy to a samsung t5 500gb, external ssd?,,just incase i have problems

im not clued up with this

    Hi,
    I would suggest you to backup using Macrium reflect free, it's very reliable program, you can backup your HDD to an external HDD, create a recovery USB disk, whenever you need to recover the laptop to an earlier state, boot with the recovery USB disk and recover the image from external HDD.     i will read the tutorial

    as it’s a backup I need, sooner the better, so I don’t need to keep annoying acer support
