Need warranty email resent..

Not too sure where to put this but I never received the warranty shipping information email after I opened a claim and its definitely not in spam. Acer claims to be waiting for delivery but I have no idea where to send my monitor. Does not seem to be an option to have the email sent again and online chat option is always down.. Any information on how to have the email resent would be greatly appreciated :) thanks

    I think you would have to contact your local acer support and check if they can resend you the e-mail.

    This monitor was purchased from Amazon and I do not have local Acer support....I created a claim through the Acer support website and I currently have a claim number.

    You can contact acer support customer care number.

    Select your region and click on contact support. Call them to check the status or update on your claim
