Hi,  Find the System Memory information of your unit below.

       System Memory
DDR3L 1600 SODIMM memory interface design:
     • 2GB on board memory
     • DDR3 or DDR3L SODIMM slot
     • Maximum memory is up to 8GB

As per as the above specs of your unit, you can upgrade up-to 8 GB of RAM. I hope that this is helpful.
Also check the link below and check and for the RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades for your unit. They are Crucial and they guarantee compatibility with your exact model. Write down the part number for your reference and then order it from Amazon, it's cheaper and also has fast delivery. It is the most tested to be working.

Could you also give the first ten characters of the motherboard serial number? You'll be able to get it like this:
    1. Launch PowerShell
    2. Type this command: wmic baseboard get serialnumber
    3. Press [Enter]
    4. Note the first ten
    5. Type Exit and press [Enter] to quit PowerShell

For information, all units are not shipped with 2 GB on-board. Here are some memory modules of 8 GB for this series:
    KN.8GB07.028 - SODIMM.DDR3L.1600.8GB
    KN.8GB0G.043 - SODIMM.DDR3L.1600.8GB
    KN.8GB0Z.002 - SODIMM.8GB.DDR3L-1600
    • 2 GB on-board + one memory module of 4 GB
      OR
    • one memory module of 8 GB
    so be careful...
