strange thing is when turbo mode is switched on the games become unstable. shows red and blue dots flashing. and in games like battlefield 5 the screen flickers and eventually crashes. There is no problem in normal mode. Why is this happening. Is my graphics card bad out of the box? should i replace the laptop?

Cpu and GPU temps are not that high cpu was at 60-70 degree C and gpu at the 50-60 degree C. i don't think it is a heating issue.it shows up as soon as  the turbo mode switches  on

    the funny thing is

this does not happen in UBISOFT games like Assassins Creed Odyssey and Ghost Recon Wild lands

In battlefield 5 : i have attached the recorded game play screenshots you can see the red and green dot like artifacts
which hard crashes after some time in turbo mode but works fine in normal mode. and if i switches to fast mode in predator sense app the game works fine but show green  and red dots like artifacts occasionally.

In Shadow of the tomb raider:
in turbo mode Which works fine but shows some green  and red dots like artifacts occasionally.
fast mode and normal mode are fine

    in Plague tale: innocence:
in turbo mode works fine but shows some green  and red dots like artifacts occasionally.

    in Doom 4:
in turbo mode works fine but shows some green  and red dots like artifacts occasionally.

    fifa 19:
in turbo mode works fine no artifacts at all.

in wolfenstein II : shadow of the colossus:
in turbo mode works fine no artifacts at all.

    in Pubg lite:
in turbo mode works fine but shows some green  and red dots like artifacts occasionally.

if this varies in games will i get a product replacement as this does not happen in all of the games?
how can i test my graphics card to know if my graphics card is a lemon? pls help

GPU is pushed over its limit.
You just got a GPU that cant handle overclocking.
    Its just luck.

No dude. Still no solution, Im thinking about going for warranty. The GPU seems like it can't handle overclocking. Going with it may result in GPU failure in near future.

I’m having this issue but only green dots flashing. In turbo mode it gets really worst.
    Solutions?

VineX this is a 3 year old thread its dead theres no reply from the OP and as you said you got it second hand so im guessing theres no warranty for you either unfortunately you might try to pm the OP but last time he/she was active was 2 years ago so i doubt you would get any reply
