Now he is doing the reinstallation with alt + f10 to the question tpm what do I answer?

After several attempts to install the audio drivers, I decided to bring the PC back to the factory, hoping that the audio section will work well

Why are you trying to reset the machine if you haven't changed anything in the audio section?  Jack E/NJ

Some higher fidelity settings are NOT available on all models. What were you trying to fix that needed better than CD quality? Jack E/NJ

i remember that now and gray parameters could be changed and I can't change them

i thought that with the restore everything would return as when I bought the PC instead I noticed that it did not install the audio drivers etc. the platform drivers .... is there a sequence to follow for the installation, use setup.exe or install.bat?

When did you purchase the machine? What was the original factory-installed Windows version when you bought it? Jack E/NJ

It's a compressed zip file. Decompress it by double clicking it. Then double click the decompressed EXE file. Jack E/NJ

NO! Not the Intel site! Download the one from the ACER site that I gave you. Jack E/NJ

It's also important for you to try to remember when you purchased this machine. Was it 2013 or 2014 or later? Because there other s1002 versions. Jack E/NJ
