    OK, bring up Properties on the Ethernet port and go to the Details tab. Capture for me the Device Description and the Hardware IDs, we should be able to figure it out from there.

    That sounds like the latest... I'm running out of ideas. Do you see a bunch more CPU activity when using the Ethernet port? I remember that being an issue with some port types back a few years ago. The PHY should be handling that stuff these days though.
