Whenever i try to start my laptop, it goes to select the keyboard setting and then next screen is to choose option. One option is to troubleshoot (reset PC or see advance options) and second option is the "Turn off PC".
Any reason for not getting the windows screen? I even press Alt+F10 to reset to factory default. I'm getting the screen of troubleshoot (reset PC or see advance options) and  "Turn off PC". When i click reset PC or Advance option, i'm not able to see "reset PC". I'm getting the option:
- Startup repair
- Command prompt
-uninstall updates
-UEFI Firmware setting
- system restore
- system image recovery

but there is no option for "system reset".
Any idea about it. Pls suggest to get it fix..

    Hi!!

    @amarnagi

    I too experienced this same issue in my friends computer. I got it fixed by giving a ONLY ONE SINGLE gentle tap on "Reset PC" option. Try 2 to 3 times and you should be getting "Reset PC" options.

    @amarnagi that is often a symptom that there's something corrupted in your UEFI settings or in Windows itself. Have you made any changes recently, especially to the BIOS? Have you had any errors or warnings while running? The list you are seeing is the normal list if you clicked on Advanced Options, if you clicked on Reset PC is should have given you the choice between Refresh and Reset.

    Thanks Balatekie/Billsey, I've not made any changes but i think, windows was corrupted. Took the laptop to one of the service technician and he re-installed Windows.
