Can my warranty be extended. Next month it is going to expire.

Totally disappointed with Acer Service. Brought this laptop with serial no. NHQ3FSI008XXXX and not able to extend warranty.Called and mailed customer care many times but they dont reply to my mails. Its been 5 months now I am mailing them but issue not resolved. Regret buying this laptop.

    Sir,
    I got your mail but still I am not happy with the service of Acer India...They mailed me on Monday to pay an amount of Rs. 8200 approx to extend 1 year warranty and I paid the money through online bank transfer, then they told me that they will share the invoice by Friday... and they didnot send me the invoice yet.

    PARNABDEBNATH  yes it can be extended as long as its done up to the last month before expires i extended mine (1 year ITW) in the last month for 3 more years i can see you already found out anyway :)

    they are not extending for 3 yrs for me...only one year... i wont recommend to buy acer products again..Dell is much better

    PARNABDEBNATH well ill have to disagree with you you cant compare any acer gaming laptops with any dell (alienware) they are not even close to it if you were comparing with msi or clevo that would be another story (as the build quality/specs/performance are really good)  to talk about but with dell lol only in dreams (they are completely rubbish) they might have a good support in your country but hardware wise just rubbish to me comparing dell/lenovo with acer its just unthinkable anyone who have any knowledge on how the gaming laptops hardware design works and how should they perform according to the hardware they have would most probably agree with me :)

    PS: just because acer support in your country its not as good as you expected doesnt mean that the products are bad thats just an isolated issue in your own country as every country has their own warranty policies/extensions so im sorry that in you country doenst exist what you were looking for but that doesnt make acer bad they only follow the rules/laws that each country government applies to them in order to be able to do business in that particular country same as any other manufacturer

    The issue that I have experienced was: Brought this laptop with serial no. NHQ3FSI008xxxxxxx from Flipkart and not able to extend warranty.Mailed customer care many times but they dont give a possitive reply to my mails.They just keep forwarding my mails to their subordinate. Its been 5 months now, I am mailing them but issue not resolved. Regret buying this laptop.I am not able to extend warranty online and offline both.(copies enclosed of mail)

    It occurred on: 3/10/2019

    This meant that In warranty had to repair the laptop twice for screen problem. If it occurs post warranty it will cost around 10k for me to repair which is 1/4th of my salary.

    However, I have paid the full amount to extend the warranty and I was said that the bill would be provided to me by Friday and its been 3 days I didn't get any reply from your end.I have been communicating with you for the past 5 months .It is very bad to know that the customer care executives cannot help me with my concerns for the past 5 months. Firstly you took 5 months to provide the price to extend my warranty, then you mailed and said to give the money which I have paid instantly and you are taking again more then 5 days to provide me the Invoice. Mr Debjyoti Sanyal messaged me twice that he will share the invoice by EOD on Friday but still I didn't get a mail yet from his end. Please look into this matter as this is disturbing me a lot mentally. I am very much tired of mailing you every now and again.

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter
