Is it normal for the material that covers the screen to detach from it? acer 5 a515-51-55HD

I have a acer 5 a515-51-55HD acquired a year ago, and now every time the use is peeling off the material that covers the screen.

    Ahhhh now I understand, that is called the Bezel. If you are under warrranty send it in for replacement, if not buy and install a new Bezel yourself. The Bezel is item 1 below

    That material is to protect the screen during shipping and should have been removed by you during initial setup when you received the laptop, so peal it all off and you are good to go =)

    Sorry for my ignorance, if in fact I am referring to the bezel but in my case they tell me that the guarantee has already passed and that this will charge me. But I do not understand how it can be damaged if it is barely one year old, I mean my sister has a laptop with 5 years and does not have that problem.
