I just installed a new M.2 SSD to find 2 USB ports are disabled (2 on the left)

My question is it normal, was it supposed to be only 1 port is disabled?

My model is Predator PH315-52.

No USB Ports should be disabled after installing a SSD, they should all work

Its probably that you have disturbed the cable connection to either your USB 3.0 dock or the connection to the motherboard on the left side (see caption) take the front cover off and check the cable connections and/or unplug and pug them again properly, as there is very little chance that the USB dock wont work or is damaged if it worked before. Unless you have shortened something out?

Mohannad either its the cable loose/damaged as @StevenGen suggests above or as he also stated worst case you have shortened something out try direct connect devices to the ports see if they work of if the ports are properly installed on device manager ehne it comes to disassemble laptops the most sensible parts are always the cable connectors as sometimes they get damaged very easily

I tried to unplug the SSD again and yeah both ports didn't work means it's not related to the SSD.

I took a look in the board i don't see any cuts/damage or at least i don't know where to look.

Here are some images might help.

By the way I couldn't see any loose connections when I opened up my laptop. I cannot figure out why the USB ports stopped working on the left side so I got a replacement

jj290xapimStevenGen Thanks for all of you.

I fixed it by discharging my laptop and leave it for one night then charged again and everything works properly.

Actually i noticed that my mouse lights is turned on when laptop is turned off when plugged to working port(which was not the normal behavior before).

Mohannad some (at least 1 depending on the model) of the usb 3.0 ports are permanently on when off for mobile charging (not sure which ones neither the  side on your model) but you can disable it in the bios or via quick access
