I have had my Helios 300 Predator PH315-51 for about 2 months and if left to sit for any period it blue screens with the error "video memory management internal".  I have attempted to contact support but the support page keeps erroring on me, so I thought I would turn to the community to see if this is happening to anyone else.

The VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL bug check indicates that the video memory manager has encountered a condition that it is unable to recover from.

Try uninstalling existing driver completely, and reinstalling Acer supplied drivers for your models. Start with internal GPU first, and then external.
If your laptops still have the setting "fast startup" enabled under power settings, do yourself a favor and turn that off.

I have a possible fix for this, even if it's just temporary. I found that that a program, Epic Games Launcher was running in my GPU processes, so I ended it and uninstalled that launcher. Everything seems to work find and my games run much better now. Check to see what programs or processes running in GPU and task manager, something may be holding up memory!
