My laptop model is aspire e15 e5-575-302a, does it have any option to install grapics card.

    Correct. Due to space constraints, there are no expansion graphics adaptor sockets inside the laptop like you'd find in a desktop. Laptop graphics adapters are either integrated with the CPU on the mainboard and/or a separate graphics chip soldered to the mainboard.  Jack E/NJ

    Yes, you can add an m.2 SSD card if it already has an HDD. But no, the processor is soldered to the mainboard and cannot be replaced. Jack E/NJ
