Why Is My KG271 Monitor Flashing Its Menu

My monitors menu in the bottom right corner keeps scrolling up and down without me pressing keys. It stops and starts randomly. I have a blue line going across that part of the screens so that might have something to do with it. I've had that blue line for months yet the menu gltiching only started like 3 weeks ago, it stopped for like a week and now it's back. It's really annoying especially when I'm playing competitive games it will make me lose focus.

    It looks like it's acting as if the button was pressed. Try jiggling them to see if it will clear up.

    I've tried that but the problem still persists.

    This is an old post, but I just bought one of these monitors.... And mine is doing the EXACT same thing. Did anyone ever find a solution?
