    explode cuz u didint reply.

    hm. if the game stutter/lag in every setting then it surley must be power managment of some sort.
    You can try another wall socket maybe?. had that problem before. if that dosnt help then i have no clue unless there is some config in bios and/or intel.
    or just acer cant rly build computers but surley it cant be. send it back to acer and ask for a new one?

    and or max out ur fans, and place some books under ur laptop on each side so there is lots of air coming from under to the fans. is the computer old so maybe open up and clean the fans.
    I changed the thermal compund pasta on the cpu yesterday on mine computer that has the same problem as urs and it did utterly nothing.
    the one thing that helped me was to disable the turbo mode on the cpu as u have done then all my games ran ok.

    Try using Throttlestop instead of Intel utility. The link below is to a custom Throttlestop package designed by one of our gamers and it is well tested and safe. Also instead of using books under your laptop buy an inexpensive USB powered cooling mat from Amazon

    @NickJ99 please try this it solved @hdminoob problem and hopefully it will solve yours
