Hello. My laptop is: Acer predator helios 300 G3-572-79DV
I have a problem, I would like to have headphones and a microphone in my headphones, but I only have one audio input. I have an adapter to which I connected headphones with a microphone and then a window appears in which he says:
The current connected device is: and I can only select one of these: line input,
microphone input
headphones, speaker output,
headphones.
What should I do please help?

Your your adapter must have 3 rings on the plug, one is for L spaeaker, one for R speaker and one for Microphone. If you get the pop up select Headphones
