My Aspire 5 A515-52G is not charging

I just notice the problem 4 days ago. As i on my laptop, it charges for about 30 sec then it stops. When i plug out then plug in it again it charges for about 5 sec then stops again. 3 days ago, i tried to change the adaptor then it charges until it reaches 45% then it stops. I have already tried goint around the house to change my power source, poking the pinhole at the bottom and deleting programs under the battery. I read about taking the off the battery (PHYSICALLY) but i havent tried it yet. I want to know some other solutions i havent tried. I jusy bought this laptop this january 18.

Hi,
Could you try the battery reset once more, after the completion leave the laptop to rest for a while(15-20 Mins), then reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery before trying to use.

I already tried waiting for 15 min before then reconnecting the charger. But it doesnt charge. it keeps blinking. Should i try again??

OK, go to Device manager, expand Batteries, highlight and right click Microsoft ACPI compliant control method battery and select properties, go to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

Yes, you could try updating Windows in settings, Windows Update and Security, this is a 3 weeks old laptop and shouldn't have this issue, if I were you I would return it for a replacement, if it's possible.
