Swift 314-56G-52LB brightness buttons issue

My Swift 3 56G-52LB brightness buttons started to behave wierd recently, for example i need to press 13 times to start decreasing the brightness from maximum and vice versa. Tried updating BIOS solved the problem for about 1.5 months and naw it happened again. My laptop is only 3 months old. Any help with this?

    Since, your device is is just 3 months old you may contact acer support and avail the warranty fix on this device.

    the problem is that i have an international warranty because i''m using it outside the place i bought it from, it's difficult to contact them
