What is your exact model number and under what circumstances does this happen?

FAN is noisy at all levels (grinding constant). Just not quite as loud when running at full speed but still there.

If your device is under warranty i would recommend you to contact acer support in your region to get this sorted..

I have contacted acer support and it was sent in at a cost to me of $30.00 shipping, They sent it back to me and stated they QUOTE, could not duplicate the problem. I continue to have the problem and again I contacted them and I was told to send it back to them again. My problem is it is now going to cost me another $30.00 to ship it back for the 2nd time/same problem and it might just come back with the same result. So for a laptop that cost me $289.00 I really don't want to trust them and invest $60.00 in shipping costs. Not sure why I have to pay the shipping on a laptop with 1 year warranty. Please advise
    Thanks !

There are some Youtube fixes but you are still under warranty so they would probably invalidate it so bite the bullet and send it back for repair

bite the bullet and send it back for repair? Again?
I understand your thought process but I am having a thought of maybe just go with another brand and maybe, just maybe I will get one that will be covered (Warranty that the seller pays for shipping if something goes wrong) and last longer.
    Please advise
    Thanks

Not much I can advise on that, you're between a rock and a hard place mate. You could try calling Acer Support and see if they will allow you to get it repaired locally

Talked to acer again about problem and they agreed this time to send me a prepaid label so I could have my laptop repaired (again). I hope this 2nd time for same issue will be fixed when I get it back.
