ACER Predator Helios 700 FPS Games Lagg even though i have high fps and low ping

Hz: 144Hz
Drivers : Uppdated and located

I have a very new Acer Preditor Helios 700.

But when i play any fps games CSgo: tarkov: Insurgency; i have this weird issue i have high fps, low ping and a very stable and goot internett connection but i still get lagg spikes something that reminds of rubberbanding, when this happens i dont drop frames or pacet loss or anything, noor do i overheat.. Please anyone help?!

    Your GPU sounds fine, no throttling good fps and it's stable so go to your games support site for specific GPU settings best suited for the game

    well it is on all my FPS games.. i have narrowed it down to be something with the 5Ghz network.. it works fine on the 2.4 Ghz network but laaggs a lot at 5ghz even though i haave 5 ping and 300Mbit up and down

    Did you check your temperatures?

    So it runs well when you play solo non internet games? If it does then it is Internet related. Also game servers often suffer from Bottlenecking which can severely affect performance

    He didn't say that, he said on my all FPS games and FPS games can be both offline and online.
