Acer Spin 5 (sp515-51gn-56z4) - Upgrade Memory Ram and FLash SSD

Hello every one, I am new in the foro and  in the use of a acer computer, some can help me to clarify my question.

I buyed a Acer Spin 5  model number sp515-51gn-56z4 and part number  NX.GTQAL.002, i don't see how to upgrade memory ram and either a new ssd flash disk whiout remove the original hdd, I talked with a acer agent and he tolme i can do the two things.

    This mode has onboard 8 GB DDR4 system memory. It is soldered to the mainboard and cannot be upgraded
    As per the part number your device has 1TB hard disk. This model supports SSD 256 / 512 GB, SATA 6 Gb/s, PCIe Gen3 8 Gb/s up to 4 lanes, NVMe. Some SSD supported by this model are listed below :

    You have to insert the M.2 SSD at a 15 degree angle.  There's lots of videos on youtube on how to insert an M.2 SSD. If you have trouble with the screw, you may have to call Acer.

    Hi friends, thanks for comment this notebook have inside a M.2 PCIe! with this I´m so happy!...buy I have a question...I can use a 1Tb ssd with the same characteristics? for example... Transcend 1TB TS1TMTE220S
