Frustrated Aspire R14

In 2017, I moved to another country. One of my 1st purchases was a new laptop! My Acer Aspire R14 had a year warranty. In that year, I had it repaired twice for tech difficulties and  screen issue. Since my warranty ended at the fall of 2018  until now,  I haven't been able to use this laptop much. My screen has been black for months and I just want to throw it out! The laptop is on, because the blue light is on, but nothing on the screen. Nothing!! But, I paid real money for this! With a little looking I find this is a common problem with Acer. . .
I'm truly disappointed in this product. Yes, it's been 3 years since my purchase. But I have not had a full year of use with this thing!! Money wasted. . . Frustrating.  . .thanks for reading all that!
Is there anyone with suggestions?

    you can connect it to a TV or a seperate monitor, try that. it might be the PC screen problem, but the components are still working.

    Thank you for your suggestion! I have it plugged into my TV now,! I just would like to travel with it. . .
