helios 300 with 1660ti(ph315-52) - Helios 300 - how do i contact acer in KSA?(faulty gpu)

ive been having some problems with my latptop since i got it, and now i found out what the problem , its a faulty gpu, does anyone know how i can get it fixed and if its included in the warranty? i have helios 300 with 1660ti(ph315-52)

    When was the unit purchased. Normally you will have one warranty for a unit. Enter the SN number for checking the warranty status. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/system-information.  Also check the acer contact under the link below.

    i still have one year warranty but it says in the US, is this a problem?also do you know any tool to check if the problem is actually coming from my gpu, my games keep crashing at random intervals with no error message. and one time i got an error (fatal error loading vertex shader customweapon_vs30) while playing csgo but thats the only error ive gotten otherwise there are no error messages

    Contact the local acer support since the warranty might be global. Did you reinstall the game? check the windows update and your graphics update.

    i have already updated eveerything, and the game crashes happen in multiple games, do you know any program to find out what the problem is in my pc?

    Update your Nvidia Drivers, open Nvidia Control center and click the "Help" tab in the menu at the top then click updates. Update the Drivers then report back

    for some reason i dont have an update option in the help tab, but i updated it from geforce experience and i am at 441.87m which i think is the latest one ,and ive tried using an old driver and seeing if the crashes happen and they continue to happen

    I would use DDU in Safe Mode to do a clean uninstall of all Nvidia drivers then reboot into Normal mode.

    Then go here an let Nvidia automatically scan your system for hardware and install the drivers it recommends

    Dude were you able to solve this Cs Go problem? I bought an acer notebook recently and am having the same problem in the game. Was the GPU defective?


    Please if you can answer my question, my notebook is still under warranty.
