Acer Nitro 5 no sign of life(no leds on) charger working

So i open my laptop to clean dust on heatpipe, i put all back, and now it dont show any sign of life. No leds, no fans, nothing. I tested my charger and it works normal. How i can fix it.

    Tighten your screws again, there is a mall pressure plate that makes contact with a switch near the RAM, if it isn’t tightened down properly it won’t make contact

    i did it, still useless... i check the power cable that goes to motherboard, is intact, and i tested it with a multimeter, it works well

    Do you see the cut out switch in the square recess under the RAM label? Place a few small pieces of electrical tape on top of it to ensure that it is being fully depressed when the cover is replaced

    Try this. Unplug the laptop and press the power button for 12 seconds then leave it alone for 15 minutes then plug back in and try to power up

    did that too... still not power on
