My Acer aspire E 15 E5 575G-5419 has an m.2 connecter port. HWiNFO64 shows that the port is pcie x2 gen 3.0. I am thinking of going for an ssd upgrade but I don't want to shell out the extra bucks for a nvme drive. So my main question is whether the port will support a normal sata ssd.
Attached herewith is a picture of the port. A fast reply will be appreciated.

Looks to me like the M.2 is PCIe single slot, so you would have to use that style.

Thank you. So I ordered a WD BLUE B+M key sata. So it should work right?
