W510 boots very slowly

Since the "Acer update application" updated the drivers for my W510 the boot-up time has been messed up.

From a cold start the system boots to the login screen very fast as usual. Then, when I type the password nothing happens for about a minute - and then it opens windows fully.

This does not happen when the system goes to sleep and wakes up again. Only during a restart.

What is the problem and how can I get fast booting back?

    Try this.

Boot into windows, turn on flight mode, then shutdown.

Restart the tablet again and see if it gets slow again. I got comparable problems from the wifi, especially when I had hybrid boot disabled. Probably caused due to drivers.

Also if I have turned off the tablet with the keyboard on it using hybrid boot and then restart it without the keyboard it takes forever to boot (which is somewhat explainable since using hybrid boot you don't load drivers again, but they are read from memory and a hardware configuration change could cause that).
