I have predator helios 300 Spec-i7 9thgeneration  8gb ram nvidia gtx geforce 1660ti display 60Hz. 
I played Gta v, So how much Time should i play gtav in this laptop  which doesnot effect my pc. 
I palyed about 2 hrs morning and 2 hours evening
So,Can You tell me how much limited time I should play gta v which doesnot effect my pc by turbo mode on.

    If your CPU and GPU temperatures don't exceed 80°C and 70°C respectively, you can play for long duration. Someone played for 10 hours/day once without any issue.

    but sometime it exceed above 80°C and 70°C. So what to do in that situtaions

    @smoky have you optimized your windows and undervolted check here  if you still suffer of thermal issues/throttling above 85 max on cpu and 75 on gpu you would  need to get it repasted with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding the warranty if you have seals only the service center can do it and with stock thermal paste i used to play 10h+ never had any issues but i have mine optimized undervolted and repasted since day 1 also upgraded ssd to 2tb windows virtual memory to 10gb and ram to 32gb hyperx 2666 which i just sold to a nitro 5 i5 8th gen and now have 32gb vengeance 2666
