To find out your laptop model do the following > go to bottom left of the taskbar at 'Type here to search' > type in System Information > click on 'System Information' and then system info will come up and it will tell you exactly and everything about your hardware and software, that you have! See caption below which is my V3-571G with an i7-3610QM and NVIDIA GT640M graphics, also, see the captions and differences between the mobos that are listing above, as the two mobos that you have listed are from different Aspire models, one is from the E1-571 and the other from the V3-551G. By what you have quoted, you do not have a V3 you have E1-571:

1. The Q5WV1 LA-7912P is a mobo for an Aspire E1-571 that comes with the NVIDIA GT710M graphics and Intel processor.
2. The Q5WV8 LA-8331P is a mobo for an Aspire V3-551G AMD HD 7670M 2GB graphics and AMD processor. 

The Q5WV8 LA-8331P (AMD) could fit but you will have to purchase an AMD processor as your mobo the Q5WV1 LA-7912P has an Intel processor, also, be aware that different models have different sized and intricacies with each individual mobo models, even if they look the same and have the same initial model number! I know that the Q5WV8 LA-8331P with the AMD Radeon HD 7670M is a better graphics chip but, you have to be very careful if the mobo will fit and you will not have to make any mods to the case of your existing E1.
