      About the duplicate answer, no problem. Have you checked my previous bios answer? Could a bios update fix his @xapim problem?

      egydiocoelho, Thanks. Not sure if the question was for me or for OP. I just want to clarify I too had same issue with my G3-572 2017 model. But I was able fix the issue by completely uninstalling Nvidia driver via DDU tool as generic uninstall always leaves residue files and registry which cause inconsistency. And updated my BIOS to latest one. So I would suggest OP to perform this step before changing any configuration.

      i think you should just uninstall the device and restart your pc, i feel like that will fix it, but im no expert so be warned

      Thanks for the update. I suggest you to completely uninstall Nvidia driver by DDU in safe mode and try to re-install latest Nvidia graphics driver. You can find the tutorial for Howto here. And also I would suggest you to keep your Windows OS up to date. Let me know if you are still facing issue.


      Hi, I uninstalled the graphics drivers using DDU. Didnt work. Now I am not able to install the latest Nvidia drivers because the card is not being recognized.

      Hi, I have updated the bios to the latest version. My windows 10 OS is also up to date.

      Maybe you should try reinstalling windows 10 from acer stock.

      That was one of the first things I did. 
      I clean re-installed Windows in hopes that everything gets fixed.

      Hi guys, 
      Today, atleast at this moment- the graphic card is getting recognized by the system but its not working. I was able to install the latest drivers again and everything.

      Exactly the same problem... i see the nvidia card with a yellow triangle... i thing my gpu has been destroyd.... im just see it in device manager, and nvidia control panel says that is disabled.

      i have try everything, re-install windows, install acer drivers, install nvidia.com latest drivers, DDU.... EVERYTHING. i thing the GPU has burned and im just see it like "a device" but acctualy dont work

      I suggest you use a live linux usb distribution and check if the problem with the nvidia video card remains.

      We are sorry you are having on issue with the Graphic Card on your Predator Helios. If all troubleshooting suggested have not resolved the issue, we suggest you send your unit to repair so our technicians can diagnose the issue.

      I'm having the same issue. I was playing a match of Modern Warfare on my Helios 300 1660Ti (PH315-52) and the game crashed. Tried to open the game a couple of times and it kept crashing, then I tried to check if there as a GPU update on Geforce Experience and the app looked weird and I noticed I couldn't open Nvidia Control Panel.

      My GPU shows up on Device Manager if I click Show hidden devices, but I'm getting Code 45 and am unable to install GPU updates directly from Nvidia's website or reinstall Geforce Experience
