Hello.
I have the laptop acer aspire 5820TG (timeline X).
After I install windows 10 hdmi dot work at all. I tried everything I can think of. I install again windows 7 and it work fine. (At windows 7 there are some times problems with sound but this is happening all the time I know how to fix it, so this is ok for me) but I can't solve hdmi not working at windows 10.
Thank you in advance for any advice you might have.

Sorry to know that you are facing issues with using HDMI port on Windows 10.
Refer to the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
    1. Tap on Windows Key.
    2. Click on Search bar.
    3. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and Click on Troubleshooting.
    4. Click on View All and then click on Hardware and Devices.
    5. Click on Next and follow the instructions.
If the issue still persist, refer to the below method.

Method 2: I would suggest you to download the latest driver from the manufacture website and then try to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.
    1. Tap on Windows Key and click on Search bar.
    2. Then type”Troubleshooting” without the quotes and click on Troubleshooting.
    3. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen.

    Thank you for your answer.
I tried this twice. It did not work.
Its seem in PC that everything work fine. Thought hdmi dont. It's like hdmi port exist and work fine. But it dont work at all. I will make another attempt after holidays or I will install windows 7 together with windows 10. And when I need hdmi I will connect to w7. I dont have any new idea to try anything else, I tried all this I know.
