Acer A515-41G-12AX RAM number of RAM slots

Hi there!
I have an Acer A515-41G-12AX laptop.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7298?b=1&pn=NX.GPYAA.003
Everywhere I look I get the information that my laptop should have TWO SO-DIMM RAM slots (especially RAM manufacturers). The Acer product page above doesn't say anything about the number of RAM slots.
I physically inspected it, and it only has one slot under the cover. Windows Task Manager (Performance->Memory) says "Slots used: 1 of 1".
Crucial recommends a 16 GiB kit (2x8 GiB), which I clearly can't install as I have only ONE slot:
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Acer/aspire-a515-41g
Crucial's support wouldn't believe me, they asked for an image of the laptop. Which is a bit ridiculous.
Anyways, I thought I should ask. I *could* open the whole laptop case instead of just the RAM cover, but I'm pretty confident that I won't find a second RAM slot.
Can anyone point me to the complete specs for this laptop, where it says the number of RAM slots?
Thanks!

If Crucial Customer Support still has questions about Stoney Ridge/Bristol Ridge and # of channels for your mainboard....they will probably have to contact Acer.

Crucial supports say they don't have any 16 GiB RAM module that is compatible.0

The Hynix part **appears** to be the same as the Acer OEM part. Although I can't guarantee that is going to solve your problem.

The ebay link is non-returnable.
You can ask question in AMD forum too.

I don't recommend using the Kingston HyperX part for your laptop, but just wanted to point out that someone did install a stick of 16 GB ram.
