    Sorry, I don't know at what point you are at. You must follow exact instructions in this link https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/611003/#Comment_611003

    You must not close the failed Insyde message box. You must leave it open and then alter the platform.ini file with notepad.

    The platform.ini must be modified as follows

    [BIOSVersionFormat]
    ;[nb4-version] +
    BIOSVFEnable=1
    VersionFormat=XN.NN

    TO

    [BIOSVersionFormat]
    ;[nb4-version] +
    BIOSVFEnable=1
    VersionFormat=XN.DD

    XN.NN must be changed to XN.DD

    Then run the exectuable  H2OFFT-W.exe

    Sorry. I don't understand what you did.  I think you should arrange ACER warranty service at this link to repair the defective camera. https://www.acer.com/ac/uk/UA/content/support

    my gpu clock is inconsistent it will start out at 8 or 900 MHz and hold temp around 60 65 degrees celcius and then drop down to as low as 450 MHz causing my fps to go into the toilet which makes no sense as the systems not running hot at all as system temps are 60 to 70 degrees only

    Before starting heavy gaming loads, battery with decent capacity (75% or more designed amp-hr at full charge) must be near 100% charged and charger plugged in to get as much playing time as possible. The throttling is not due to overheating but likely due to the charger and battery not being able to put out the current the CPU/GPU is demanding. Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Compare design capacity with full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ
