My Swift 3 Has Been Weird Lately...

The trackpad ain't working for some reason. I tried updating the drivers, but it was no use. And now, the fan has been the loudest ever even though im only running CHROME. Does anyone know what is going on?

Could you please post the full model name, like SF31x-xx.0 -
SF314-55 is the model name.The one with the black bezels but the rest is silver

You could try a battery reset, the pinhole is 2 in my snip, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains(remove the AC adapter), follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while(15-20 Mins), then reconnect the AC adapter and fully charge the laptop before start using.

What's the windows version you are using? If it's not the latest version, could you please update to the latest version and see whether it fixes the problem.
Go to Settings-> Update and Security-> Check for Updates.1 -

There are a couple of potential things hardware-wise that could cause those symptoms. If the cable that runs between the touchpad and motherboard has come loose it wouldn't work. Also if the battery is starting to bulge it can push up on the touchpad from below which can also cause it to not work.
