Just to clarify a bit, the manuals that would be available on your PC will also be available on our Global downloads page. You can access them at http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers.

    Thanks for answer,

It is very light for such featured and powerfull machine as Acer PC's !

Few years ago pc's was shipped with a +100 pages booklet (maybe I'm old fashion :-)

but to be GREEN an online HardWard description & settings page shouldn't sink the Acer Company

and should be very wellcome by Acer's customers.

I'm one of those customer for years,

I had good experience with Acer products so I feel free to let you know my opinion :

Acer must improve this point (Documentation) to keep its good fame,

because some of us like to know what is inside the case and how to use it well.

About Windows it  an other topic,

    Acer's tutorial

    http://www.acer.com/windows8-tutorial/template.html

    looks enough to start with.

Hope this could help Acer to get an higher quality service... for you & us.

    Best regards.

The users guide will have the best basic information. I think you can find that buy going to Start->All Programs->Acer and there should be some options in there including a users guide.

If you're looking for more than that, I don't think acers going to have what you need. I tell people to look for a beginners guide to using windows book to expand your knowledge on to get the most out of your computer.

I still not have accepted the final user license.

I ask myself if I really want win8.

It means that customers who don't want Windows, will not acces to the user manual as they have to send the netbook back to Acer in order to format the Hard Drive.

    Is there the deal?

These manuals are not going to provide much in the way of Windows 8 content. We do have a Windows 8 tutorial available on the web at http://www.acer.com/windows8-tutorial/template.html. If you're wanting more, I would agree with Clyde. A book or other reference material may be of more value to you.

Thank you for the feedback. While I don't think we'll ever get back to 100+ pages of documentation, I will pass along your feedback of wanting more information on how to get the most out of your new pc.
