Predator Helios 300, 2017, Windows Installation is stuck in a reboot loop at 64% after Reset

Hey, so I have been using the Helios 300 for over a year now and I have been looking to upgrade, but because I still own this laptop I wanted to either give it away or sell it for cheap. I tried to factory reset the laptop and wipe off anything I had on it. I looked up online how to do it and after finding out how to do it, I went and started the resetting process. It all went well up until the "Installing Windows" part. The computer after 64% goes into a restart loop where the computer restarts and the blue "Installing Windows, 64%" screen flashes for a split second and then it restarts again. What I've tried: I tried booting into the recovery mode and all of the options that were suggested to do online required administrative privileges, which all of the windows accounts were apparently wiped off the pc and I have no way of recovering windows. Is there any way of getting windows up and running on the machine again?

    Resetting windows does not always produce intended pristine results. Try a clean install instead. Or a restore to factory settings via recovery.

    Solution was already posted for this - try clean install or try via stock recovery.

    Helios300hardreset ALT+F10 on boot delete everything option if your recovery partition its still intact and not corrupted (but make sure you backed up everything you need first) if not create a windows bootable drive

    Alright so here's the thing. I'm in the ALT+F10 blue boot menu. My options are; continue, us another operating system, troubleshoot, turn off your PC.

    Continue brings me back to same issue.
    Use another operating system also gives me the same issue.
    Turn off PC doesn't help either.

    Troubleshoot it is!
    Now there's two options; reset this PC and Advance options.

    Let's try reset this device. Now I have another two option; keep my files and remove everything. Since I already saved all my files let's go and try the remove everything. Now another two options. Resetting with keeping this PC. 

    After doing this, it's the same issue again.

    Helios300hardreset remove everything it will perform a clean install but will format everything so if you had anything important in the system drive i suggest you find a way to back it up first and the other option most of the times will not fix anything anyway so i suggest a clean install

    I'm having this problem.  What was the final solution.  Everything recommended seems to 10 return to the 64 % looping reboot.
