Nitro 5 AN515-54W2 (2019 model) out of box system image/factory default backup request

If anyone had made such backup at out of box state I'd appreciate it if you upload it on the net for me to re image my laptop. Thanks in advance.

    You create a factory backup in the Acer Care Center using a USB stick. ALT + F10 just installs a clean copy of Windows not a factory backup

    @andylbSince he requested a factory default backup, I think he probably formatted the hdd. That's why I asked if the alt + f10 command was working or not.

    It does work (the alt+f10). I just needed the out of box config with OEM apps/settings intact because the SSD had been formatted and been running linux for quite a while now.
