Is it fine to mix 4 GB 2666Mhz and 8 GB 2666Mhz?
Iam just wondering if this laptop could support it.
Currently having 4 GB 2666Mhz DDR4 SODIMM with 1 free RAM slot.
I am using  AN515 52 model.

Firstly, the recommended ram for the AN515 52 is DDR4 PC4-19200 2400 SODIMM at max of 32GB (2x 16GB is $119.99) that you can use, using2666Mhz DDR4 SODIMM wont increase the efficiency of this laptop as much as having 32GB or 16GB at DDR4-2400MHz, your mixture of 4GB and 8GB really defeats the maximum potential of the AN515 52 and is really a waste as "andylb" says. Crucial recommends using the ram below and what I’ve included as a caption. I would use a min of 2x 8GB (is $63.98) if your budget is low but the 32GB would make the AN515 52 just rip with all software and especially games. These are the links to both of the ram types that you can use be use:

    1. Crucial 8GB DDR4 PC4-19200 (1x 8GB use 2) - CT8G4SFS824A - CL=17 • Single Ranked • x8 based • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2400 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64

    2. Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM - CT2K16G4SFD824A - DDR4 PC4-19200 • CL=17 • DUAL RANKED • X8 BASED • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR4-2400 • 1.2V • 2048MEG X 64 •

Yes it can support it but it will only be single channel and will operate at the lowest of the two CL's. Basically you will notice some improvement but matched RAM and CL's are preferable because they will work in Dual Channel.
The link below is to Crucial who are one of the few companies who guarantee compatibility for your exact model. I write down the part number and buy it from Amazon, cheaper and faster delivery.

The RAM on my laptop currently is SK Hynix HMA851S6CJR6N - VK NO AD 1918. I could not find any other seller who sells the exact RAM my laptop is using.

Yes, the SK Hynix is a Chinese manufacturer of ram and they are of low price but, they do work great, I've got 2x 8GB of PC3 - 14900 at 1.35V ram in my V3-571G and they work perfectly and very well and quick! You can look on either eBay or Amazon for this ram as they do have them there (I bought mine on eBay) and the 16GB kit (2x *GB) was about USD30.00 as it was not worth spending allot of cash on the V3-571G for high end ram. But, I would go for the Crucial (especially for the high end Nitro AN515-52) as they are a more reputable ram manufacturer and they make very good quality ram and they are not too expensive for what they are.

Unfortunately, Iam not living in a country that uses USD, anyway the SK Hynix RAM looks like more expensive than the other 4 GB RAM since it have to ship from China to my country.

The key words are "DDR4 PC4-19200" and "1.2V". You don't need to purchase exactly the same brand and model of memory. What is likely most important for your needs is to have both memory sticks the same size. See what is easiest to find in your country and give us the part numbers and we should be able to research compatibility.
