Aspire A515-51G Battery not charging, when plugged in

I have a A515-51G and it was working perfectly, battery holding charge and suddenly it stopped charging and when I used to unplug the charger, it used to power off. So I tried all the methods in the forum, unplugged the charger, put a pin in the battery reset button, held it there for more than 15 seconds, waited 15 minutes before plugging the charger back in but same thing.

Ordered a new battery which was not an OEM but a replacement battery, it was doing the same thing. Checked the charger too, the output was exactly 19V and the laptop remained powered on when the charger was plugged in.

Bought another battery, this time OEM, just installed it, it is doing the same thing: Stuck on "47% plugged in" removed the drivers of the battery and the charger, shut it down, powered it up after some time, same thing. Checked the charger power plug too, the pin looks fine.

When it is powered off, the amber / orange lights becomes stable but after a while, it starts blinking but when I turn it on, the blue light is stable and the amber / orange light starts blinking.

I am out of all options

    Good evening RichardD  !

    Power Outage Button

The interrupt button not being pressed correctly may generate this problem.

There is a power interrupt button:

If it is not pressed down or the case is misaligned, errors may occur.
Check the same and use something like a layer of insulation tape to force and press this button correctly.

On the cover there is a projection that must press the button.
Use electrical tape or something to force more pressure on this button.

Actually I forgot to mention in my original post that I tried that too, infact, I have it glued down, so it would not pop up when not depressed by the back cover

I have exactly the problem RichardD has. Did you resolve it RichardD? My Aspire A515-51G also crashes very regularly and also it wont recognise wifi networks that I know are there.  Please someone if you can help.
