Hello everyone!

Some of the keys (X, C and 3-4 more) do not respond.

I worked carefully and everything were ok. But at somepoint it happend.

But at one point some keys stopped working.

I tried reinstalling the drivers - it did not help.

I disassembled the laptop reconnecting / rubbed everything - it did not help.

A regular keyboard connected via USB works fine.

I do not know what to do, I have any ideas I will be glad to try.
The laptop is new (year of very quiet use)

    Hai @BSarvin
It seems to be a hardware issue in the internal keyboard since you have done the driver reinstall and the external keyboard is working. You can try with some of the following steps.
    1. Check the keyboard indication by giving a tap on the numlock and check if it is working or not
    2. Check with the bios
3.And can do a system restore in your computer.
If it is a windows 10 computer go to settings>Upgrade and recovery>reset>get started>keep my files
Click accept if the comments seems to be useful

    Hi @Rade97,

I already tried to reset Laptop even without keeping my files, it did not help

Numlock I will check tomorrow, but most of keys a functional,

How can I check it with Bios?

    Best,

Since you are using a external keyboard work with that keyboard itself to go to bios setup. Follow the steps below.
    1.Turn off the laptop.
2.After turning on the laptop keep press and hold the F2 button
3.When you get the bios setup utility screen give tap on F9 button and you will get bios default, select yes.
4.After that give tap to F10 button and goes to save changes, select yes and restart
5.After the restart of the system is done check with the keyboard.

Numlock and Capslock works normally, I really have no idea what to do.

I really doubt that the new keyboard will help solve this problem.

Unfortunately from your description I think its a hardware issue. get it replace under warranty. Hope such issue are not widespread.
Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

I am already not live in the country where I bought a laptop and opened the laptop so I think I can’t do it already
