I have an Acer Aspire A715-74G-70T9.

It is brand new, and in the store I upgraded the RAM to 32Gb, and installed a 1Tb HDD ( ST 1000LM048-2E7172 ).

In Acer Care Center, the RAM, Battery Health, and HDD are checked and good, but the SSD ( WDC PC SN520 SDAPNUW-512G-1014 ) that came with the original laptop is listed as 'Unsupported' and cannot be checked using the Checkup function.

Is this a problem? and how do I resolve this?

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated the Acer Care Center already, but still have the same problem.

Try to reset your BIOS and check default boot drive order.

restart your laptop and press F2 immediately after seeing the ACER logo

I have tried to do that, but the F2 key only toggles the airplane mode. I've tried using it in combination with the Fn, and shift keys

I'm in the BIOS. What am I looking for? Some step by step instructions would be useful. I'm not a tech expert.

After emailing Acer support directly, I recieved this reply:

"The Acer Care Center app is a generic utility that typically supports SATA channel Hdds and SSDs and not NVMe controlled SSDs"

So, apparently the NVMe SSD that the operating system is installed on, cannot be checked with the Acer Care Center app, and i have to use the disk check tool in Windows 10.
