Please perform a simple power reset. Power Off the monitor, disconnect the video and power cables, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, Reconnect the cables and check the monitor.

Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try to do the Power On Self Test by following the below steps.
1) Turn off the monitor and unplug all the cables from the monitor.
2) Press and hold the Power Button for 30 secs with all the cables unplugged.
3) Plug the cables back and turn on the monitor and check.
Yes,i know how to plug cable properly.
