Problems connecting my PE320QK to MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)

I experience strange problems when I connect my MBP to PE320QK with usb C cable. I loose contact to the screen and I sometimes have to plug in and out to reconnect. Do you experience the same thing? And do you have a fix? Best Regards Pelle

    Unfortunately this is a frequent problem with this monitor. I see this with multiple MacBooks on different monitors of this type. Either the handshake fails and you only see a black screen (Cable not connected). Or you see blackouts of a few seconds after some time. Acer please fix this with a firmware update. I wonder why no review mentions this problem.

    The PE320QK is a great monitor, but the blackouts and connections problems make me crazy!

    I too experience 2-3 seconds blackouts. Very frustrating, when spending +1000 dollars on a "professional" screen.

    The screen is connected to a 15-inch, 2018 MacBook Pro as well.

    Acer – please consider looking into this ASAP.

    same issue when connected to MacBook Pro 2017 and MacBook Pro 2020 and Mac mini 2018
