You probably need a new battery. To check on its condition, go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Compare design capacity with full charge capacity. Post screenshot if possible. Sorry, your battery has lost nearly 70% of it's capacity. It can almost instantly reach a critical state below 10% warning notification if it's voltage sensor is still functioning properly. Accordingly, you need a new battery. Google part no. 'as16a8k' for vendors most convenient to your location. About $30USD. Jack E/NJ

Many possibilities. Laptop got bumped causing a torn battery separator or air leak in its case or seam. Or battery's internal regulator board failed. Or components exposed to high heat & humidity. Or defective battery manufacture.  Jack E/NJ  .

Can it be caused by any wrong instaltion of bios patch or inserting new ram? Or any  wrong driver installation

    >>>Can it be caused by any wrong instaltion of bios patch>>>

It's remotely possible. BIOS updates should only be used to try to fix a major problem due to the risk of bricking or causing irreversible side effects that can be worse the original problem. BIOS firmware changes are far more risky than installing new RAM modules or the wrong device drivers. Jack E/NJ
