Hello all.

I've spent the past 24 hours trying to use various methods to reset my PC to factory settings sand have been unsuccessful. I've attempted the following:

- Alt+F10 reset: Errors out around 34% saying it could not be reset. This happens with both options of just removing files and completely cleaning the drive.
- Acer Care Centery Recovery USB: Same thing, but errors out around 40%.

It's important to me to have the version of Windows that ships with Predator Sense. I've read that standard Windows installations aren't compatible with Predator Sense. Is there any recourse?

I appreciate any insight the community can give.

I believe there is an issue with the operating system. If you have created the recovery drive using acer care center then chances are likely to be corrupted operating system.

If you think your computer is under warranty try to contact acer support for warranty help.

The suggested I send it in. My warranty is good until 08/30/2020 so I just might. I'm gonna try a complete reinstall withthe Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and see if that works. If it doesn't I'll be sending it in.

Sounds like a plan. But if you install windows using media creation tool you would not get acer pre-loaded apps. To get these you would have download it from acer website under software section.

I have the standard Windows 10 and every Acer app works with it for me.
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!
