Acer predator Helios 300 - Undervolt lowered my frame rate.

I recently bought an Acer predator Helios 300 2019
and decided to undervolt it. I knew it was already undervolted, but I wanted to improve the performance even more. So I undervolted it to -0.165  mv in XTU. But after rebooting, i noticed that the undervolt is gone every time I restarted. But, that is not the main problem. At first the performance was awesome. I even hit 2200 in XTU benchmark score with custom undervolt. But after a day, it wouldn't go down to -0.165 mv. It would only go down to -0.155 mv. I have done stability test at 165 and it was stable the previous day, but after a day, going down to -165mv crashed the system. I can only go to -155mv. But the real problem is it reduced the performance. It was performing better but with the stock settings. For a moment I was able to get better performance bit it is gone. So I went to default settings and uninstalled XTU and reinstalled windows. Even then the performance is lowered. What I could have gotten normally is gone. I could have gotten 49-52 fps in Assassin's Creed Odyssey at max settings, but now I am getting around 40-45 fps. Did the the undervolt change any other CPU values. My laptop crashed a lot of time between this. Now laptop is at stock undervolt. Do I have a solution. Please help me.

    use throttlestop program.
but first in xtu set everything to default values. no undervolt and all. reboot.
    then uninstall intel xtu.
    reboot
then install throttlestop and use it. it is much more stable then xtu.

You want more proformance don't look to hardware, simple registry tweaks will do the job, no reason to underclock or oc.

Setting your SecondLevelCashe and disabling windows page file(which hasn't been really needed since gigs of RAM I the normal) also setting unnessary services to manual and using software like shutup10 to shut off windows bs telementary wasting resources.
Ohh yeah and games usually have settings.config file to optimize the game to match it's operating environment

@Dave32i There's no need to be messing with the undervolt values in the h300 2019 those values are the tested to be stable for the best performance any more tweaking would probably mess everything up as it did the only thing needed it's Windows optimization nothing else but as always feel free to do it at your own risk

Use Throttlestop. I also undervolted by -0.155v. I never pushed further passed this. Performance has been great so far.

I don't want to increase performance anymore. I just want my laptop to be in the stock settings as it was before with default undervolt and factory settings. I just want it to perform well as it did when I first bought it. Is there any way for me to revert it back to the stock settings and performance. Please help me.

Reset your BIOS. It will bring back the stock settings (theoretically).

Dave32i If the bios reset wont fix it you will have to reset it to factory via acer recovery ALT+F10 on boot (delete everything option) but backup whatever you would need first

Then you might need to visit the service center. If under warranty, they will fix it for you without any fee I think.

I reset my PC yesterday without formatting. I reset with the option of keeping personal files. But I didn't see any change in the performance. Will there be any change in performance if I reset my PC with a full disk clean up?

Whenever doing a reset, do a complete one. Choosing "Keeping my files" fails to reset everything back to default settings. Like the apps in other drive won't work unless you reinstall them.

But will my laptop revert back to all it's stock values and settings like on the first day I bought it including factory undervolt?

It should, but if it doesn't, you need to go to service centre to get it fixed properly.

    He's not underclocking or overclocking...
